Message from the Editor-in-Chief
It is my pleasure to inform you that the Department of Textile Engineering of Southeast University of Bangladesh is motivated to launch a single-blind peer reviewed Journal biannually. All kinds of textile products have gargantuan importance to contribute to local and global economy.
Textile products are essentially used in ready-made garment industries as well as in technical textiles and other areas relating textiles such as composites, nano applications, geo-textiles, smart applications, personal protective equipment etc.
It is well known that, research and publications are inevitable part of further development of any discipline. To disseminate research findings Journals are essential for all areas. The authority of Southeast University has taken this initiative to encourage academic and industrial researches to do research in various fields of textiles such as basic and advanced textiles. They will be able to publish their scholarly articles regularly.
I invite valued authors to submit articles based on fundamental research in areas relating to textile engineering such as theoretical and experimental works on basic textiles such as yarn, fabric, dyeing, finishing, printing, machine design, ready-made garment, testing, decorative, pollution control and advance fields such as technical textile, intelligent, water and energy saving or any other related areas. I would request authors to prepare manuscripts as per provided aims and scope, guidelines to authors and template. The editorial panel will do preliminary screening, plagiarism check and review process as early as possible and they will inform updates to all concerned authors regularly.
