Guidelines for Authors
The authors are suggested to follow the following guidelines while preparing their manuscripts:
1. The SEUJL is a peer-reviewed journal which only publishes the scholarly articles. The
authors should not mention their names or any identification marks in the manuscript.
2. All submitted manuscripts must be within 5000-7000 words in length including the
footnotes, tables, and figures. No manuscript will be considered for publication in case it
exceeds the required word limit. Book review and case study are also accepted within
2000-3000 words.
3. The manuscripts must be accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 200 words with 3 to
5 keywords.
4. All submissions must be made in the MS Word format with font size 12, double spacing,
Times New Roman and at least 1 inch margin on all sides. British spelling should be
used.
5. Responsibility for the views expressed in the published work lies solely upon the
individual author.
6. A short bibliographical note indicating author’s present position, degrees, recent
publications and current address should be supplied on a separate page.
7. Manuscripts should be submitted as e-mail attachment to [email protected] by
15th March, 2021.
Journal Style
The authors are required to use only footnoted citations instead of bibliography or reference. The
manuscript will be decorated with OSCOLA (Oxford University Standard for the Citation of
Legal Authorities) style of citation that can be found at:
